Delivery and returns
APC delivery across mainland Great Britain, with clear charges before you pay.
Delivery charges
Pumps from all our big brands, including Grundfos, Pedrollo, DAB, Ebara, KSB and Lowara, have free delivery to mainland Great Britain. HCP pumps are charged per pump, including VAT: parcel service £18.72 for pumps up to 0.75 kW, £34.32 for pumps over 0.75 kW up to 1.5 kW, and pallet service £101.40 for larger pumps. Large pumps supplied on quotation have delivery confirmed in the quote. The exact charge for your basket is shown before you pay.
Where we deliver
Mainland Great Britain. We price delivery by phone for the Scottish Highlands and islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Wight and the Channel Islands.
When it arrives
We email your dispatch date after you order. Pumps marked “Available to order” are ordered in for you from the manufacturer or our supplier; we email the expected dispatch date, and you can cancel for a full refund before it is sent. Someone needs to be there to receive the delivery. Specialist unloading is not included, so tell us about access limits before you order, especially for large pumps and lifting units.
Cancelling and returns
Consumers can cancel within 14 days of receiving a pump, then return it within a further 14 days. Email or phone us first so we can arrange a standard return collection. We refund the price and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the pump back, or proof you sent it. We may reduce the refund if the pump has been handled more than needed to inspect it. Please do not send back a pump that has been in sewage without agreeing safe handling with us.
Damaged or faulty pumps
Check your delivery when it arrives and tell us as soon as possible if anything is damaged or missing, so we can claim from the carrier. If a pump develops a fault, contact us with your order reference. Your legal rights are not affected.
