Quotations and site-specific advice

Any advice given before a visit is based on the information, photographs, model details and fault description supplied by the customer. Final recommendations may change once an engineer has inspected the pump, chamber, control panel, pipework, floats, valves, electrical supply or discharge arrangement. Quotations, lead times, attendance dates, warranty details and scope exclusions should be confirmed in writing before work proceeds.

Safety and responsible use

Visitors should not enter sewage chambers, remove covers without proper controls, open live electrical panels or repeatedly reset tripping equipment. Where a high level alarm, electrical fault, flooding risk or sewage pump failure is present, reduce water use where practical and contact a suitably competent pump engineer. Use of this website and submission of an enquiry does not create a contract until terms, scope and pricing have been agreed.
